The DEMINT network is a private membership based caring community.

To achieve a high-level standard and protect our members we do extensive due diligence before approving members to join / accepting payment.

While this is an exclusive membership program we pride ourselves on diversity and have developed tiers that allow for aspiring entrepreneurs, creatives and people just starting their business to join our network.

1. Growth & Shared Experiences : Together We Rise

Members agree to grow together and evolve through shared experiences, embracing diversity in activities. Members will use the buddy system to foster intellectual discussions, engage in healthy debates, remain open to constructive criticism, and approach all challenges with compassion.

 

 

2. Be Impeccable with Your Word : Speak No Evil

Members agree to speak truthfully and with integrity, using words to inspire, respect, and uplift, and never to cause harm to others.

 

 

3. Do Not Take Anything Personally : Relax

Members agree not to interpret the words or actions of others as personal attacks, recognizing that all individuals act from their own perceptions, experiences, and perspectives.

 

 

4. Do Not Make Assumptions : Seek The Truth

Members agree to seek clarification and communicate openly rather than forming conclusions without sufficient understanding.

5. Always Do Your Best : You Are Capable of More

Members agree to consistently give their best effort to the community, acknowledging that “best” may vary depending on personal circumstances, health, and context.

6. Transparency, Honesty & Accountability : 3 Strikes, You're Out

Members agree to uphold transparency and honesty in their interactions. If a Member engages in conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or dishonest, they will be given an opportunity to address the matter directly. If the Member refuses to resolve the issue or take accountability, Demint reserves the right to revoke their membership, deny entry to events, and add them to the official blacklist of blocked members.

 

 

7. Code of Conduct : Your Break It, You Buy It / Make it Right

All Members commit to respectful behavior, inclusivity, and a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind.

Sexual harassment of event space management, community team members, or matchmakers is strictly prohibited.

 

• If the offense is serious, it will result in immediate termination of membership.

• If the offense is considered minor or manageable, conflict resolution steps will be taken. However, if these steps are not respected, or if another minor offense occurs, the Member will be permanently blacklisted and denied access to all future events.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality : What Happens in DEMINT, Stays in Demint

Members agree that personal information and sensitive discussions within Demint remain private and are not to be shared without consent. We are building a network based on trust, and we have faith that by protecting our circle, the community will, in turn, protect each other.

​

If, during a conversation, information is discovered that could harm the community or if a Member expresses intent to harm themselves, the individual who becomes aware of this must alert the Matchmaker Manager so that appropriate assistance and support can be provided.

​

 

9. Conflict Resolution : Work It Out

Disputes will be handled fairly through dialogue, mediation, and accountability measures. The following steps will guide the resolution process:

​

A. The Member will be alerted of the conflict and given an opportunity to address the issue and personally make amends with the Member, business, or organization involved.

​

B. The Member will be asked to re-sign an updated agreement that details the actions they agree not to repeat.

​

C. If the conflict indicates that the Member may need counseling, therapy, or drug rehabilitation, such supportive services will be recommended to them.

​

D. If the Member is unable or unwilling to comply with the conflict resolution process, their membership will be revoked.

10. Leadership & Decision-Making : One For All & All For One

Demint operates with collaborative leadership to ensure fairness, accountability, and alignment with its founding vision.

​

i. Board of Advisors / Directors: Demint operates using a Board of Advisors / Directors that regulates the trust and foundation of the organization. This Board will vote on the appropriate actions to be taken for major conflicts and major decisions that impact the community as a whole.

​

ii. Veto Power: The Core Partners and Founder ultimately have the ability to veto decisions made by the Board of Advisors / Directors in order to maintain alignment with the founding principles of the organization.

​

iii. Check & Balance System: If a decision is vetoed, the matter will return to the Board of Advisors / Directors. A unanimous decision must then be reached during a Special Counsel Meeting dedicated specifically to the vetoed issue in order to override the veto and move the decision forward.
