"Developing my personal network, which is the groundwork for DEMINT, has taken 14 years in Puerto Rico, 2 years in NYC, 2 years in SF & LA. I have worked diligently to develop my ROLODEX that is rich in diversity & resources through good will.
I am structuring this business as irrevocable trust with a charitable foundation to allow us to donate a percentage of our profits to good causes. This is a faith based business.
It is the right time & the perfect place for this space to provide multiple industries with an intimate environment for multipurpose events.
This will ultimately be a labor of love, as our team is passionate about crafting premium experiences.

My strongest desire is to offer visitors to the island & the people of Puerto Rico a new caliber of events. The high net-worth community, professional creatives & well established brands from industries like automotive & fashion deserve a space for popups alongside charities & community cultural events.
My highest goal is to introduce our clients & guests to new experiences that invigorate & elevate them. In the process our partners we will have an immense amount of fun together.”*
— Simon Hawk, DEMINT Creative Director & Community Designer
Why This Matters
This message is more than a reflection of Simon Hawk’s journey; it is the foundation of DEMINT’s vision and purpose. The emphasis on “14 years in Puerto Rico, 2 years in NYC, 2 years in SF & LA” speaks to the depth of commitment and the broad range of relationships that make DEMINT a truly global network with a local heart. By grounding the organization in goodwill, trust, and philanthropy, Hawk signals that DEMINT is not just a business venture—it is a mission-driven movement.

The founder’s framing of DEMINT as both a faith-based business and a labor of love reveals a philosophy rooted in integrity, resilience, and service. It positions DEMINT as an organization that measures success not just in profit, but in impact: strengthening communities, elevating cultural expression, and ensuring that giving back is baked into its very structure.

How This Builds DEMINT’s Core Philosophies
From Hawk’s words, the guiding philosophies of DEMINT crystallize clearly:
Community First – The foundation of DEMINT is built on the belief that strong networks can transform lives, economies, and cultures.
Philanthropy as a Pillar – By embedding giving into the structure of the organization, DEMINT ensures growth is shared with the broader community.
Cultural Elevation – The emphasis on “a new caliber of events” reflects DEMINT’s commitment to creativity, innovation, and experiences that uplift.
Joy in Collaboration – The founder’s closing line about having “an immense amount of fun together” reinforces DEMINT’s belief that true community thrives when purpose and joy are united.

A Vision Forged in Crisis
Simon Hawk’s Truth Trilogy emerged in 2020, written “in the heat of 2020 during all the drama and chaos” This was more than a backdrop—it was the crucible that shaped his call to action: a profound invitation to transform adversity into clarity, direction, and creative momentum.
During that tumultuous year, Hawk developed tools to help individuals recalibrate their lives and careers amid uncertainty.
Notably, the BATH System—a framework that addresses Business, Agriculture, Technology & Health—was conceived as part of his Catalyst Program, an accelerator designed to shift mindsets and foster empowerment
Meet the Books in the Trilogy
Each book in the Truth Trilogy carries a focused, action-oriented ethos—mirroring the urgent need for clarity and purpose in challenging times:
Rules of 3: Focusing on Your Flow A paradigm grounded in choice and decisiveness. Hawk invites readers to recognize that in almost every scenario, you're presented with only three options: Advance, Retreat, or Wait. It’s a call to break through stagnation, face fears, and consistently take “uncomfortable action” https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08P3G6WW9.

Food or Fear: Feeding Your Flow This book explores the dual forces of nourishment and anxiety—specifically the fight for health and financial freedom. Framed as a battle between embracing what enriches you versus what holds you back, it asks readers to commit to growth and well-being even in the face of uncertainty https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R5LC4SP.

How To Build A Strong & Beautiful Brand This book is a guide to launching a startup for young entrepreneurs and people seeking advice on how to get started from scratch. It walks the reader through the process of going from concept to fully launched business in a simple step by step method. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R324WMK.
Why This Philosophy Matters
From Chaos to Clarity : 2020 stripped away illusions and exposed vulnerabilities—yet it also revealed opportunities. Hawk channels this paradox through frameworks that empower readers to move forward—deliberately and defiantly.
Practical Over Theoretical : Rather than dwelling on abstract ideals, the Truth Trilogy offers tangible strategies: choose your next move (Rules of 3), commit to self-sustenance (Food or Fear), and harness momentum for transformation (Trilogy’s finale).
Holistic Growth : The BATH System speaks to a balanced vision—integrating business acumen, agricultural sustainability, technological adaptation, and personal health. It’s a multi-dimensional approach to resilience.
A Call to Action : Ultimately, Hawk writes not just to inform—but to mobilize. Whether encouraging uncomfortable action, confronting fear, or defining your next steps, the trilogy serves as both inspiration and directive.

Bringing It Together for DEMINT
Simon Hawk’s writings directly inform the ethos of DEMINT. His insistence on clarity, resilience, and holistic growth seeps into the organization’s DNA—from trust-based community building and philanthropic structure to culturally elevated experiences and collaborative joy.
His Truth Trilogy reinforces the idea that facing disruption isn’t a barrier—it’s an invitation to design new ways of belonging, learning, and thriving.
